Disadvantages and Precautions of ABS
Although ABS is tough, it has its limitations:
An ABS Figure is not suitable for direct painting; a primer should be applied beforehand.
ABS also has a very smooth surface, making it less ideal for extremely fine, intricate details.
While ABS has some flexibility, it may crack under sufficient pressure rather than bending.
Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause an ABS Figure to fade and become brittle over time.
