Shenzhen Demeng Toy Design and Development Co., Ltd. was established in 2015. It is a toy factory certified by SEDEX, BSCI, and SGS, and has EN71, CPSIA, and CA65 certifications. Our factory has more than 100 employees and is equipped with 8 injection molding machines, 20 sets of spray painting equipment, 10 transfer machines, and 8 assembly packaging lines. In addition, we also have a strong quality inspection engineering team consisting of 10 employees, who will strictly inspect your artistic toys according to the standards to ensure the high quality of collectible toys.

The design team is composed of graphic designers. During the toy production process, they complete the packaging documents and toy pattern designs according to customer requirements. They also assist customers in converting bitmap designs into vector designs.

3D Molding Department

Our model carving team consists of 3D model designers and 3D printing engineers, who are responsible for modeling 3D models based on the client’s flat designs. At the same time, they perform parting processing on the 3D models according to the client’s design and coloring schemes, and check and modify the 3D models provided by the client before printing, so that production can be carried out more effectively.

Vinyl Rotocasting Department

We use the most advanced rotocastin vinyl equipment to inject molten vinyl into customized vinyl molds for the production of vinyl toys. This process ensures precision and consistency, enabling us to produce high-quality vinbyl figures that meet our strict standards.

PVC Injection Department

We use the most advanced injection molding equipment and employ an automated PVC injection molding process to inject PVC raw materials into injection molds for the production of PVC toy parts. This process ensures the precision and smoothness of the products, allowing us to produce high-quality PVC Figures that meet our strict standards.

Oil Painting Department

Our painting department uses vibrant colors and fine details to bring custom plastic figure to life. We use high-quality, eco-friendly pigments and exquisite spraying techniques to ensure that each figurine reflects the artistic creativity of our clients.

Pad Painting Department

Our pad printing department uses advanced pad printing machines to color the detailed patterns on figurines, endowing custom plastic figures with vibrant vitality and brand influence, ensuring that each figurine perfectly showcases the artistic creativity of our clients and their brand value.

Assembly Department

Raw Material Safety
